Savour Gozo’s tastes and flavours and add the Gozo on a plate option. For starters, try our Hobz biz-zejt; soft, crusty, Gozitan bread, spread with home-made tomato paste, topped with a drizzle of local virgin olive oil, served with our Gozo peppered cheeselets. Then try our traditional Ftira, made from unleavened dough topped with potatoes, olives, tomatoes and anchovies. Finish off with something sweet, Helwa tat' tork is our after-dinner treat. Enjoy these local delicacies with a chilled glass of wine produced by one of Gozo’s impressive vineyards. Then simply raise your glass, and like a local say... Bis-sahha!
