Frequently Asked Questions
Hotel pick-up and drop-offs incur an extra cost (see pricing further up on the page) from any place in Malta or Gozo. Simply give us your location in advance, as this is required to arrange your transfer.
If you travel via the Gozo Channel ferry, you do not need to pay on the way over from Malta; you pay on arrival in Gozo for the return ticket.
If you’re planning to use the Gozo Highspeed ferry service, we advise you to book tickets in advance and let us know your time of arrival in Gozo.
Your safety is our priority. If your excursion includes a boat crossing to Comino, it might be cancelled and replaced with additional stops in Gozo.
If bad weather prevents your participation, we will either reschedule or provide a full refund, and if you need to cancel because conditions stop the tour from running, we will confirm your options for your booked date.
Bad weather, particularly in winter, may affect your transport to and from Gozo. If our boat cannot operate, you will be provided with communal ferry tickets instead at no additional cost.
